from Switzerland to Scotland end AUG06-interesting fields ?

To all pilots out there : a couple of Swissies plan to fly from Switzerland to Barra, via France, Blackpool and Oban. We would need some advice as to avoid handling costs, and keep our fuel costs as low as possible. On the other hand we would be happy to visit some nice interesting fields on our way back to the continent. All feedbacks welcome - happy landings
