Aircraft respray touchups?

Anyone know of any decent outfits that can do aircraft resprays or touchup paintwork at a "REASONABLE" cost? I'm not really needing a full bare-metal strip and respray job, just more a touch up of the existing burgundy-red stripes (which now look somewhat pink in colour) to freshen them up...

I've phoned 4 places already and they only do bare metal because of the agent they use to strip the paint in the first place also takes off the primer... and the LOWEST quote that I've gotten for that is just short of 7 grand... (PLUS VAT, of course).

Any ideas?

I know there is a new firm-Flying Colours Scotland-opened up at Fife Airport, however could not tell you prices or what methods they use. The telephone number for the airport is 01592 753 792. They maight give you more info.
