For my sins, I am working in Japan, but I miss my reading matter so subscribe.
The last issue I received was the February 2011 one – Considering that my subscription copies for May of Classic Bike and Aeroplane are already here, it’s difficult to comprehend where March and April’s issues of Pilot are (I’m assuming May will get here in time for Christmas). Has the donkey you use had medical difficulties? Are you shipping via the Cape of Good Hope or the Bermuda Triangle? Are they on the Marie Celeste?
For your information, Classic Bike comes via a company called Bauer – within 10 days of publishing at that. Aeroplane is Kelsey I think. Sack your current shipping company because I think they are ripping you off – they’re certainly ripping me off. It would be quicker to have the magazine delivered to my address in Coventry and get my girlfriend to forward it on – at least I’d get the free gift for subscribing!

I emailed them a similarly worded message yesterday - so far no response but then the whole of the UK appears to be on holiday at the moment! I will contact you if I have heard nothing by the beginning of next week.
