A non equity share in a Cessna 172 based at Fairoaks EGTF (NDB/DME and radar service by adjacent Farnborough).

This is about the cheapest flying you'll get in the area. Le Touquet about 45 mins from Fairoaks. £500 refundable deposit and then £80 a month fixed costs (insurance/parking/landing card) and £90 an hour wet rate (variable with actual fuel costs). Any fuel drawback going foreign is yours to keep.

The aircraft is under utilised so plenty of availability via online booking (http://e-allocator.com/).

I've had a share in this for over 3 years but in the last year other commitments meant I've not used it much at all.

Other group members (10) are friendly and the owner holds an annual AGM to keep in touch and discuss operation of the plane. All good value with no long term contract or money tied up in the hull.
