Im a few months off my first solo but i want to know where i can find some Practice Air Law exams so i know what to expect. I am working through "Air Law, Operational Proceduers and Communications" book and answering the revision questions after each section.
I was just wondering if there are any papers or a list of frequently asked questions etc.
They would have been in the book called the PPL Confuser.
However I found out recently from a chap on here that the Author is no longer with us, and the PPL Confuser is out of print. The questions have been recently updated on the exams too!
Tough for me too at the moment, need a personal tutor to take me through Air Law probably!
The PPL confuser might not be in print, but there's an alternative by AFE, I think it's called the PPL Q&A Simplifyer or similar.
It's about £20 and has 3 practice papers and a little 'essential revision' section for each subject. I've been using it to do my exams (2 left to go) and found it's really helped. The practice papers are very similar in style to the real thing, although obviously the questions aren't exactly the same.
While searching the internet today i came across this site http://www.microlighthangar.com. I don't know what you think but it seems pretty good to me. Just had a go at some air law questions as each time you re-try the exam the questions change.
If you have done your air law exam can you please tell me what you think of the questions and if this site is worth using.
I've been working through the Air Law book a fair bit now. I managed to crack on and finish "Rules of the Air" last night.
I was wondering should i try and get Air Law and a couple more out of the way before my first solo which will be around june time. Main reason being is that I will be in the middle of my GCSEs in june and PPL exams on top of that will no doubt be too much.
