Can anyone tell me what will happen while flying my Pegasus Quantum, if one sink batten (rib) at the edge of the wing is detached?

Structural Integrity of the wing compromised?
Personally I wouldn't fly anything that didn't meet pre-flight checks, and wings all being in once piece is a pretty essential check before flight?
