Look for a set of David Clark 10.30 or 10.40 on Ebay. Both good headsets and shouldn't be too expensive! I got mine for £50.

I got my David Clarke H10-13.4 (fantastic headset) on eBay with a case and earpiece covers for £90.00

They are worth £230+ new without the accessories!

Bargains to be had on there!

I have been looking out for some as well, but can not see any on there in the last 2 months which have been lss than £100... usually the auctions go upwards of £150...

Quite a lot of DC headsets on there currently...

But DC isn't the only brand out there - Sennheiser are a great company etc.

Just keep looking and eventually you will drop lucky on a bargain!

No worries guys - there are always pairs coming up for sale on the 'Bay so if you don't get a good price, wait for another to come round.

My rating is >255 on there now, so you can tell how much i've used it over the last 6 years. In early days it was for guitar strings (in bulk) and other items that are over-priced in shops, then WW2 RAF pilot gear and now just bits and pieces I need to fly (that dont have an expiry date).

Hi boofle,
I've had a quick look and you can buy new ones for less than £300 easy.
