Has anybody had any trouble with activating Microsoft FSX?
I have been tot he Microsoft pages, and have tried everything on there to get it to activate but to no avail. It is a brand new copy, only installed onto my computer. I have installed/deleted it, tried to install it onto new accounts as recommended on the trouble shotting site at microsoft, but absoultely nothing.
I am restricted to doing only 30 minute flights, which is really annoying, considering i want to fly out of Sywell (my airfield) and look at the surrounding area etc. I would also like to download the aero AT3 that I fly (i believe that you can only do this in the fully activated version). It really is annoying the bazookas out of me. I have never installed any other version of Flight sim on my computer... in fact i have not played a flight sim since '98 i think.
Just seems a real pain that I have bought the game, installed the game, can play the game, but just can't activate the game due to MS's own security twaddle.
Cheers Chris-
I thought it costs a load of cash to call microsoft... Something like £2.50 a minute...??
Where can i get the support number from? IS it the support in the manual?
They only charge you loads if you've paid loads!!
For instance, Windows XP support can be free in places, but for my 15 Rack Servers they would charge me the earth for a tech support query!Simply because the more complicated the operating system, the more intelligent the call centre agent needs to be! Ka-Ching!
