Well, there it wasn't. A good way to avoid negative feedback, I'm sure, but I don't really believe that's what was intended.
I'm quite happy to provide feedback and opinions anytime, but the chance to win something substantial is a good way to ensure those opinions are submitted on the official form.
I have praise and criticism available. Here's a taster of the latter, which involves standards of writing and editing. My howling error sensors are tuned, normally, to Slightly Tolerant, but did no one else cringe at the large heading along the lines of "If you're sat at your computer....."?
